BCDice 3.13.0への追従しました。
また、Opalのバージョン指定を
>= 1.7.1から~> 1.7.4に変更しました。これは、Opal 1.8.x でビルドした際に、BCDice側で変更のないテストケースの一部が失敗したためです。
